KEEPING JOBO SAFE FOR KIDS

Here in Jobo’s World, your child’s safety and privacy come first—always. Jobo is built specifically for kids, with age-appropriate language and strong guardrails that steer conversations away from mature or unsafe topics. We actively discourage children from sharing personal information (like full names, phone numbers, home addresses, school names, passwords, or social handles), and we design interactions to be supportive, respectful, and appropriate for young learners. When a conversation suggests something serious or sensitive, Jobo responds carefully and encourages the child to involve a trusted adult when appropriate.

We also take data protection seriously. Jobo’s World is COPPA compliant, and we follow strict standards to minimize what we collect and how long we keep it. We do not advertise to kids, we don’t use behavioral targeting, and we never sell personal data—ever. If recordings are used to improve safety and quality, they are anonymized, used only for internal analysis, and erased after analysis. We use modern security practices (including encryption and strict access controls) and limit internal access to trained team members who need it for safety and quality.

For parents who want added visibility, we offer an optional weekly parent report (sent on request) that summarizes your child’s areas of interest, engagement levels, and any anomalies in interactions with Jobo—so you can stay informed without needing to sit in on every conversation. Our goal is simple: Jobo should feel like a safe, enriching experience for kids—and something you can trust completely as a parent.
